Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website located at www.fairfieldartificialgrass.com and any services provided by Fairfield Artificial Grass Installation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Estimates and Project Proposals

Free estimates provided by Fairfield Artificial Grass Installation are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of the site visit and information provided by the customer. The following conditions apply:

• Estimates are not binding contracts. Work does not begin until a written service agreement is signed by both parties.
• Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from those observed during the estimate visit. Any adjustments will be communicated before work proceeds.
• Customer-requested changes after a signed agreement may result in a revised proposal and additional charges.
• Estimates assume reasonable access to the work area. If access requires additional preparation not visible during the estimate, extra charges may apply.

Service Agreement and Payment

All work is performed under a written service agreement. Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit is required to schedule your project. Deposit amounts are specified in the service agreement.
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
• Late payments may be subject to a finance charge as specified in the service agreement.
• We accept payment by check, bank transfer, and select electronic payment methods. Accepted payment types are confirmed at the time of signing.
• All fees, materials costs, and payment schedules are outlined in the written agreement and agreed to by both parties before work begins.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled project, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit, as outlined in your service agreement. We understand that emergencies happen - contact us directly and we will work with you in good faith.

Workmanship Warranty

Fairfield Artificial Grass Installation warrants workmanship against defects in installation for the period specified in your written service agreement. The following conditions apply to all warranties:

• Warranty applies to defects directly attributable to our installation. It does not cover damage from misuse, extreme weather events, or failure to follow care instructions.
• Materials warranties are provided separately by the turf manufacturer and are subject to manufacturer terms.
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing. We will evaluate and respond within 10 business days of receiving your written claim.
• Modifications to the installation by anyone other thanFairfield Artificial Grass Installation will void the workmanship warranty.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth project, customers are responsible for:

• Providing clear, unobstructed access to the work area on scheduled work days
• Disclosing any known underground utilities, irrigation lines, or drainage infrastructure in the work area
• Securing pets away from the work area for safety during installation
• Notifying us promptly of any site conditions that have changed since the estimate visit

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in delays, additional charges, or voiding of the warranty if damage results from undisclosed conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fairfield Artificial Grass Installation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or use of this website. Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable California contractor licensing law.

All content on this website - including text, images, logos, graphics, and design - is owned by or licensed to Fairfield Artificial Grass Installation and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
